Give from the Heart

The cardiovascular service line at Penn State Health is helping patients overcome disease and implement heart-healthy lifestyles by partnering with Penn State Health Community Health Services to meet our neighbors where they live. Each February, we come together and give from our hearts to hearts in our community through the Give from the Heart campaign. 

Support raised through this campaign will strengthen initiatives like Penn State's Community Health Pantries and Wellness Support (PaWS) Program, including the extension of cardiovascular screening and health assessment to at-risk community members across our service areas. These are held at faith-based locations, community centers and throughout our region to reach populations in need. 

Early detection of cardiovascular conditions is critical to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These services can save lives and keep all members of our community healthy, no matter where they live.

PSH employees can make their gift via payroll deduction. Please complete the form above and return to Mary Henry at mhenry12@pennstatehealth.psu.edu.

Those who give or raise $125+ will receive a commemorative 'Give from the Heart' pin.
