You are invited to join us for the Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center Charity Ball & 150th Anniversary Celebration  on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Reading PA. You can expect an elegant evening of dining, dancing, and socializing, celebrating our history with a "Great Gatsby" Charity Ball theme.

Since opening our doors nearly 150 years ago, our commitment to bringing loving service to people in need has been the foundation of all we do. On Aug. 22, 1873, an article appeared in the Reading Eagle announcing the opening of St. Joseph Hospital, "for the reception of all classes of patients, rich or poor, and of whatever sex, nationality, or faith." 

We look to celebrate this milestone in a philanthropic way, as we strive to continue to advance St. Joseph Medical Center and our healthcare mission in the local community. This year, all proceeds of the Charity Ball & 150th Anniversary celebration will go towards medical equipment and technology at our campuses.
