Planning for the 10th Annual Chocolate Tour scheduled for August 1, 2020 is well underway. We always strive to make the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors, and host communities our top priority. We, like most of you, have been following the COVID-19 pandemic closely and monitoring the federal and local guidelines set forth to keep everyone safe.  With the current status of the outbreak, the risk large gathering pose - especially to our Cancer Warriors and the need for social distancing for the foreseeable future, we have decided to take the 2020 Chocolate Tour virtual this year!

We feel this is the best decision for our sponsors and supporters because without you, there is no Chocolate Tour.  We continue to work towards a successful event and hope we can meet the high expectations of our supporters, just with a virtual twist.  Although the Chocolate Tour will look different this year, the mission is still the same-supporting cancer research.  In the face of this global pandemic and the severe disruption to our everyday lives, people are still fighting cancer and we plan to fight with them.

We hope that you understand our choice in taking responsible, proactive steps to protect everyone involved.  Although this will not be the Chocolate Tour you thought you signed up for, we are striving to make it an event you are still proud to part of as we are still committed to the mission of the event.

Know that we are diligently researching the best practices to convert to a virtual event and will continue to update our participants, sponsors and supporters. We are encouraged by the number of events going virtual and know we can achieve our goal of a successful event.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate these unpredictable times.
