Penn State Cancer Institute CARE Center! 

A cancer diagnosis is an emotional and frightening time for patients and their families, and processing information, or facing a lack of it, can be overwhelming. Penn State Cancer Institute is committed to delivering holistic, person-centered care, and the new CARE (Cancer Assistance and Resource Education) Center will embody that commitment.

The CARE Center will act as a "concierge" service for all of our cancer patients and their families, through which we will provide on-site resources, services, and referrals to external support networks to help patients better understand their diagnosis and navigate their individual care plan, from diagnosis through survivorship.
