Penn State Health proudly honors members of the United States Armed Forces who have defended our freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice to keep us safe. We invite you to pay tribute to your family members, friends, neighbors, or colleagues who have served or are currently serving in the military by participating in our annual Flags of Honor Program.

 

For each individual you honor or memorialize, a small U.S. flag will be placed in front of the main entrance at the Penn State Health affiliated medical center of your choice. An acknowledgement will also be sent to the person you are honoring, or to their family, informing them of your tribute.

 

Your support of the Flags of Honor will pay respect to your loved ones and the rest of our nation's heroes.
